Q. What can I expect from LR's Shop the Showroom experience?

A. Enjoy one-on-one attention from a LR team member. We will walk you through the entire collection and help you find your perfect fit. Then, walk out hands-free; we will ship your order directly to your home or office, on us!


Q. How long will the showroom be open?

A. Hour long appointments are available from October 3rd through November 1st. 


Q. How can I make an appointment?

Q. Can I bring a friend?

A. Of course! But please note while we love friends, we can only accommodate up to two people at each appointment.


Q. Which payment methods are accepted? 

A. LR’s Shop the Showroom only accepts credit cards. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.


Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you’re not able to attend your appointment. Please contact service@loefflerrandall.com or call us at 212-226-8787. Please note, if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. 


Q. Where is the showroom located?

A. We are located at 588 Broadway, Suite 1203, between Houston and Prince Streets.
