"As we live in Clerkenwell, it has always been somewhere we loved — the pubs, the restaurants, the architecture — so it felt very meaningful to get married there. My dad suggested The Charterhouse in Clerkenwell as a venue. It dates back to 1348, and the hidden oasis in central London created the perfect backdrop to our day. We had a small, intimate ceremony with 30 guests followed by dinner at a French restaurant, Le Café du Marché, right next door."

"When choosing my bridal shoes, I kept coming back to Loeffler Randall. I loved the bow, and the height of the Camellia heel was exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't choose between all the beautiful colours, but the pearl pleats made the whole look pop — they matched the crepe of my dress perfectly. They were so comfortable and just felt perfect for my wedding day."

"I love the recent shift towards shorter wedding dresses! I think they're fun and modern while remaining elegant. After a lot of browsing, I chose a dress from Roksanda a few months before the wedding. I really liked the high neck with the long tie down the back, and the open pleat at the front along with the crisp white crepe material made it feel very bridal and chic! I paired it with a long veil from Heart Aflutter in Shoreditch — it felt really fun with the bouncy layers which added a bit of drama. To finish the look, the amazing designer Maddie Dunning handmade my beautiful pink heart bag, and Cressida Jamieson embroidered our wedding date onto the strap."

"The small, intimate ceremony with our closest family and friends was so special. The whole thing felt very true to us — we even walked down the aisle to Daft Punk! Our cake was another highlight — a traditional French dessert called a croquembouche, which is essentially a profiterole tower!"

"We followed our hearts and organized our day exactly the way we wanted it."

"I really enjoyed coming up with ideas and details based on what felt meaningful to us. I am glad that we followed our hearts and organized our day exactly the way we wanted it. My piece of advice is that if you are feeling indecisive, go with your gut instinct — it will be the best decision! Also, your bridesmaids know you best, so get their opinions, too!"

"The moments that I will treasure the most are my dad walking me down the aisle and seeing Andrew, my husband, for the first time. I just felt so happy and cherished all the love!"
