Content and Editorial Manager

Concept, create, and syndicate content for loefflerrandall.com and all related digital platforms. Develop the brand voice across all channels in an innovative and strategic fashion.


Content Creation

  • Manage/concept all content, including pitching, assigning, scheduling, writing, and editing website content, social media content and any other copy related to the brand/brand initiatives

  • Work with art director to drive thoughtful content creation for all digital platforms

  • Manage the editorial calendar

  • Constantly refine editorial processes to improve efficiency

  • Maintain and update the Loeffler Randall blog with unique and creative content

  • Coordinate input and delivery of each round of asset reviews

Social Platforms

  • Manage all social media outlets, drive user acquisition and engagement through new and innovative content and concepts. Make all Loeffler Randall outlets best in class and ahead of digital trends

Digital Marketing

  • Concept and create compelling multichannel marketing campaigns from content to copy

  • Manage and concept all content and copy for paid placements.

  • Analyze past performance to inform future campaign decisions.

  • Set and measure campaign KPI’s

  • Partner with e-commerce team to allocate spend effectively and productively

Email Marketing

  • Develop thoughtful, effective, and cohesive email marketing plans to support seasonal launches

  • Execute all aspects of email marketing including copy, content, cadence, distribution, and analytics

  • Partner with the E-Commerce Manager to develop, test, and maintain segmentation strategies

Copywriting

  • Write and maintain all site, email, digital marketing copy ensure that copy is engaging, effective, and written in the Loeffler Randall voice

  • Write/edit marketing and PR copy as needed including for internal and external promotions

Analytics

  • Develop online customer acquisition campaigns, analyzing business needs and plans, providing ROI analysis of programs.

  • Provide key data and analysis of digital efforts, monitor, measure, and report results to improve future campaigns

Internships

Loeffler Randall is always accepting resumes for Spring, Summer & Fall internships. Interns have the opportunity to contribute to every facet of our growing company, and will be dedicated to one of the following departments: e-commerce & marketing, wholesale sales, or production. Qualified applicants will be a student at a 4 year University, or will have just graduated, and should have a strong interest in our company. Expectations are that interns be extremely professional, efficient, reliable and proactive problem solvers, willing to pitch in anywhere that is needed.

Internships are paid hourly at minimum wage. Interns must be available for a minimum of two days a week, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, with a half hour lunch break. Interested candidates, please send a resume and brief cover letter via email to [email protected]
